Shipping within the UK is free.

International Shipping

We ship outside the UK but please do contact us before ordering and we can sort a price of as little extra as necessary to get you your map.

Returns

If there has been a mistake with your delivery e.g. the wrong print, please contact me at theotter@ottermaps.co.uk with your order number and details.  The item needs to be returned in the original packaging and your postage costs will be be covered once received and the correct replacement sent.

If you receive a product that has been damaged in the post, please email me a clear picture of the damage to theotter@ottermaps.co.uk within 10 days of receiving it and a replacement can be posted.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for an exchange or refund.  Please email with your details with the reason for the return and ensure a secure/tracked method of postage is used as I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. For undamaged goods, shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the product has been received in its original condition, you will be sent an email and a refund minus the original postage (where applicable). If you are exchanging, an extra post and packaging charge will apply.
