Hi there, I’m Andy, a fell runner, cartographer, drummer and according to some, reminiscent of an otter.

I ran a Bob Graham Round in 2015 and in 2021 broke the record for the original plan of the 26 Lake, Meres and Waters of the Lake District, lowering Alan Heaton’s record that had stood for 38 years, by 34 minutes. Yeah Joss Naylor was faster and went to Kentmere but that’s Joss, he’s different and being second to him is no bad thing.

Endurance sports and maps go hand in hand and over the years I’ve found myself seeing what he could make while stripping maps back to the essentials which leaves them both recognisable but also abstract enough to make them into conversation pieces for those who may not know them so well at a glance. From that idea I developed the maps you see here.

In 2D some common sizes I’ve been working in lately are;

A3 from £80

A2 from £100

B1 from £120

All include the shipping and need a non-refundable £10 deposit per piece.

For 3D pieces like Snowdon on the Commissions page;

A3 from £650

A2 from £750

There are some optional extra with these (frames, glass etc) and also shipping is extra due to the size and specialist courier delivery required. All need a non-refundable £100 deposit and make take some time to complete as they’re hand cut.
